Effective: August 2026By booking a doorstep survey, ordering custom mesh fabrication, or utilizing the services of Mosquito Net Wala, you agree to the following terms and operational conditions.
1. Quotations & Measurements
- Doorstep measurement visits and physical catalog sample demonstrations in Pune are free of cost.
- All prices are calculated based on square footage measurements taken by our authorized technicians.
- Custom-made orders require approval of the final measurement sheet before fabrication commences.
2. Installation & Site Access
- The client shall provide reasonable electricity and unobstructed access to windows, doors, or balcony railings during the 1-2 hour installation process.
- Our technicians follow dust-free, clean installation procedures and will verify latching and smooth glide in the client's presence.
3. Warranty Coverage & Exclusions
- Our standard 5-year warranty covers material defects, mesh adhesion, powder-coat flaking, and roller bearing mechanisms.
- Warranty does not cover deliberate blade slashing, fire damage, chemical corrosion from strong acids, or forced structural tampering.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is completed upon successful installation and client sign-off via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash.
